By submitting an Order to us, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Purchase Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to this Purchase Terms & Condition, please do not submit an Order.
Product Availability
All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis and must be checked with our storehouse for availability. In the instance the ordered product is no longer in stock, we will notify you immediately and offer to either change or cancel the order.
Personal Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information in the Order form, specifically name, shipping address, and tel/cell no. We will not be liable for any shipping delay or loss caused by the lack of or wrong information provided.
Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise, all payments are inclusive (tax, fees). Payment is expected within 1x24 hours from date of invoice. You are responsible for sending the correct value of payment to the given account number which will be informed via email. Upon successful payment please confirm or inform us either by SMS, Email or Line. We will only continue to process an order which has been paid in full and confirmed to us. If we do not receive payment confirmation in due time, the items you ordered will no longer be reserved for you, and may be purchased by someone else. Subsequently, if we do not receive confirmation within 2 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
All purchase of digital products (PC Games) are final and non-refundable.
Shipping Terms
Unless specifically requested, we will choose the best & safest shipping mode for your order. We are responsible for handling & packaging of your order. However we are not responsible for the duration of shipping. You can monitor the progress of shipment on the shipping agent's website using the tracking code we supply afterwards for each order.
Digital products (PC Games) will be delivered to your email address within 1 - 3 hours after confirmed payment.
