PRODUCT NOTES
  • As with all mass produced toys, actual items may vary in shape or color from the images depicted on their packagings.
  • Products may contain small parts and/or sharp points which are not suitable for children under age of 5.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability of items are indicated by the following statuses:
  • Pre-order
    Item is not in stock but can be pre-ordered.
  • Order Stop
    Item is no longer available for pre-order/order. 
  • Out of Stock
    Item is out of stock, but may still be backordered.
  • Backordered
    Item will be restocked in time.
  • Sold Out
    Item may no longer be available.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We do not offer any warranty on new or factory sealed products, and we cannot be deemed liable if any defect is found on the new/sealed products. We do however offer Satisfaction Guarrantee, for more info please read Refund Policy section below.

HOW TO BUY
  1. To purchase one or more items, please complete the Order Form, or you can send an e-mail/sms to us. For ordering by e-mail/sms please also include your location.
  2. We will then confirm the total amount plus additional shipping and handling cost along with payment details.
  3. You can complete the order by submitting the payment. After receiving payment confirmation we will prepare the items to be shipped within 24 work hours (excluding holiday or weekends). If no payment is made within 2 days the order will be cancelled.

RESERVATION
  1. To reserve an available item, a 20% deposit from the price is required. We will keep the item(s) for up to 7 days.
  2. After you have completed the payment, we will process the order and ship the item(s) to you. Please note that reservations which exceeded time limit but not paid in full will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

BACKORDER
We accept backorder for not-in-stock items listed on Backorders page.
  1. A minimal 20% deposit of the price amount for each item is required up front.
  2. We will contact you immediately when the item becomes available.
  3. You may then complete the payment.
  4. After receiving payment confirmation, we will pack and ship the item to you.
  • Please note that prices may change depending on currency rates and shipping costs, unless you have chosen to pay full in advance.
  • Not-in-stock items may take 3 to 15 days to be available from our supplier.
  • Backordered items which have become available must be paid in full within a week (7 days), otherwise it will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Please make arrangement with us if you are unable to complete the pre-order purchase within the week.


PAYMENT

We prefer bank transfer (BCA or Mandiri) for local payments and PayPal for international orders. All orders are immediately processed upon receiving confirmed payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your items will be packed and shipped within 24 work hours after receiving confirmed payment. Deliveries can be made via either TIKI, JNE, or ELTEHA for domestic and EMS for international destinations.
Please note that shipping schedule is every Monday to Saturday.

For larger shipment, please allow more time as we need to carefully arrange the packaging in the safest manner. Rest assure that each shipment is made spillproof and sturdy so it may arrive safely at your destination.

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, all items are thoroughly described in detail as best as we can, including flaws, scratches, tears, or missing parts if there are any.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with the delivered items, simply return them in same condition as they have arrived for a full refund, excluding any delivery costs.

To qualify for refund, item(s) must be in the same condition when we shipped them. Also, sealed and new items should only be returned unopened.

SELLING YOUR USED TOYS

We may accept used toys in either complete or near complete condition, as long as there are no fatal damages or broken parts. You may sell your used toys to us if you agree and abide by the following rules and procedures.
  1. Used/opened toys only please. We no longer accept items claimed as new/mint in sealed box.
  2. Please check the condition of your toy(s) first. We do not accept damaged or broken toys. Contact/e-mail us and state the items you wish to sell (attach photos if possible).
  3. We will then let you know if we're interested or not and if so you may send the toy(s) to be appraised.
  4. Appraisal usually takes 1 to 2 days. We will check every aspect of the toy(s). Value will be determined by toy condition and current market price. We hold the right to reject the toy(s) for any reason.
  5. If everything checks out, we will state the value price. If you agree with the value price, then we will submit payment to you, or we can trade with other item that you wish for.
  6. Otherwise if you do not agree with the value price, or if we reject the toy(s) then we will ship them back.
